Taco Pasta Bowl

Preparation Time: Thirty Minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

• Black Beans (1 Can)

• Corn (1 C.)

• Diced Onion (.50 C.)

• Salsa (1 Jar)

• Pasta (1 Box)

• Cumin (.25 t.)

• Chili Powder (2 T.)

Directions

1. To start, please cook the pasta of your choice according to the directions provided on the box. Once this step is complete, you can drain the water and set the pasta to the side.

2. Next, you will want to take a medium pan and place it over medium to high heat. Add one tablespoon of your oil and bring it to sizzle. Once the oil is hot, place your onion and cook for three to five minutes. By the end, the onion should be soft.

3. At this point, you will add in the beans, corn, salsa, and spices. I have chosen to use chili powder and cumin, but you can spice your dish however you would like!

4. Last, you will pour your sauce over your pasta and enjoy!
